Prelaunch scope. This policy covers the Pancara/Nutriq prelaunch website and waitlist. Product-specific privacy terms will be provided before any beta product collects additional household, nutrition, image, voice or health-related information.

1. Who we are

Pancara is developing Nutriq, a family-oriented nutrition and general wellness product. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to nutriq@pancara.ai.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We may also record the form location or campaign source, the date and time of signup, and limited technical information such as an IP address for security, fraud prevention and consent records.

3. How we use information

To manage the Nutriq waitlist and send product updates, private beta invitations and launch news.
To respond to your questions and requests.
To protect the website and mailing list from abuse, bots and invalid submissions.
To understand which signup sources are useful when source information is available.

4. Email service provider

We use MailerLite to manage subscribers and send email. Information submitted through the waitlist is transmitted to and processed by MailerLite on our behalf. MailerLite may process information in countries other than your own under its applicable safeguards and terms.

5. Legal bases and your choices

Where applicable, we process waitlist information based on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the prelaunch service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each marketing email. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist information.

6. Retention

We retain waitlist information while you remain subscribed and for a limited period afterward when needed to honor unsubscribe requests, maintain suppression records, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

7. Children

The waitlist is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect waitlist information directly from children. A parent or guardian should submit an email address when expressing interest for a household.

8. Cookies and analytics

This prelaunch version does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If we add such technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the website and Nutriq evolve. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
