Prelaunch website. Nutriq is in development. Joining the waitlist does not purchase a product, guarantee beta access, reserve inventory or create a medical or professional relationship.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Waitlist communications

By joining, you request product updates, private beta invitations and launch news from Pancara. You may unsubscribe at any time. A waitlist position, invitation or stated founding benefit may be changed or withdrawn before launch unless separately confirmed in writing.

4. Product status and wellness disclaimer

Nutriq is being developed for general wellness information. Website descriptions, illustrations, scores and scenarios are conceptual and may not represent final product capabilities. Nutriq is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek qualified advice for medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions or emergencies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit another person’s email without authorization, automate abusive submissions, or use the site in violation of law.

6. Intellectual property

The site, Nutriq and Pancara names, designs, text and other materials are owned by Pancara or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, distribute or exploit it without permission.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party infrastructure and email services. Their availability and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the site, waitlist, beta program or product plans at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pancara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this prelaunch site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
